 Hi,

I'm using DotNetNuke ver. 2 for some time for a personal website/extranet for a quite small local comunity. Now I'd like to switch to current version and I've realised the Forums module is too complicatied for our site (although I guess it's nice piece of SW). What I need is support for only one discussion, opened by default (and no other option for adding/specifyng other discussios). Is there way how to set up this? I would also like to have all the threads expanded by default (the history get's deleted frequently so the speed shouldn't be a problem). Can this be done too?

Cheers,

Petr

Hi Peter,

as new install the Forum should install only with a General Forum ( can be renamed).  You could managed this Forum with mor Forum Groups and Forums, but You must not use it.

A complete user manual you find on the forums project download page in the Forge on this page. (use the manual for 4.4.4).
