Folks,

I have a teacher list module which displays a list of teachers.  I have a teacher detail module that lives on a different page that displays the full details for a teacher.  This module receives a TeacherID on the query string to determine which teacher to display.  In fact, that teacher detail page has a whole collection of modules about the teacher, all of which respond to the query string.

Today I implemented ISearchable for my teachers.  When it indexed them, it generated URLs to the teacher detail page in search results for my teacher, but omitted the TeacherID on the query string.  So when you click on the URL in the search results, my page kindly reports that it has no idea what teacher to display.

If ISearchable crawled my site, it would find the right URLs.  How to I tell it to save my query string IDs?

Thanks!

in the isearchable implementation you can pass the querystring parameters, however, the param name is less than obious, i believe its called Guid.

That did it.  Wow, I never would have figured that out.

Thanks a lot.
