I have many entries for a Scheduler Exception in my Log Viewer and not sure why.

I have recently corrected my schedule according to mitch's guide:

but I still get many schedule exception errors.
I have tried experimenting by doing certain tasks to try and induce an error.
Sometimes, even doing nothing but refresh or changing from edit to view mode can create an error.
anyone any ideas?

Have you upgraded to the latest DNN version, i.e. 4.9.2 or 5.0.1? (if not you should)
Check for duplicate entries in the scheduler and related tables.
Is it always the same error in the scheduler? If not you should list all the different errors.

I am on version 04.05.05
They are all the same errors
Do you reccommend upgrading just to get rid of this error ?
- Is there much benefit from 4.05 to 4.9 (it's a relatively small site and does everything we need so far).

...just when i thought i'd found the error...
I thought it was the Thumbs.db inside the skin >> images folder. But I deleted this and reuploaded the skin; I still get scheduler exception errors.
