Hi,

We want to make one of our consumer portal to support OpenId. DNN provides an easy solution. We have enabled OpenId authentication in our DNN portal (4.9.2 fresh install). But when user want to register with his OpenId, DNN registration form does not take over the Firstname, LastName and Email data from OpenId (www.myopenid.com). Even if the "Include Profile" setting is checked.

Is this a bug? or do I miss something?

Looking forward to an answer.. :)

Kind regards,

Fajar Ramadhany

Does anybody have implemented OpenId provider in their production DNN? Would you please be kind to share your experience?

What about the core team?

Many thanks in advanced...

If I get time tomorrow I'll check with Charles (he did the code for the provider) to see if it's intent is to pull your information over or if it's supposed to act like the LiveID login which just ties your DNN account in with your OpenID credentials (doesn't pull information from Live into DNN).
