Hello there!

I just upgraded from 4.0.8 to 5.0.1, and though at first everything seemed fine, I quickly realized a few things that are very bothersome.

First, the "MinimalEnthropy" skin (default?) seems to not work properly, the menus aren't appearing on the top, only at the bottom. Some javascript errors appear, the links in the control panel on top don't work...

Second, some administrative pages are no longer working: Skins, Authentication show up as completely blank and Marketplace shows up as "sections[currentSectionIndex] is undefined" but the menu for settings and help is there.

Any ideas?

Hopefully you backed everything up before you upgraded? I would recommend going to DNN 4.9.2 if this is a production site, not 5.0.1 yet.

Obviously, since I was in a state of excitement at installing a new version, I completely forgot to do a backup of the site, figuring the database would change anyway so there was no point. Woe is me.

It's not a production site, it's a beta intranet that doesn't have much on it so not so much of a biggie, but it would have been nice for an update to work completely though. I understand it's not that easy to upgrade *all* previous versions of a script!

I'm experiencing the same problem, which first showed up when I upgraded to 5.0.0.  Since the only advice I got at the time was to revert to 4.9 or wait for 5.0.1, I was hoping that 5.0.1 would fix it.  Clearly that's not the case.  So besides the advice of waiting still longer for a stable release, does anyone have a specific idea of why we're having this problem on the Module Definitions page, and more important, is there a workaround or quick fix?
