Good Morning All,

I'm using DNN 4.9.1 and Dynamic forms to develop a rather complicated registration process.  It's a multi-step form and ends with a final calculation before passing the amount to PayPal for payment.  In the first step, the user is prompted to select the event date/location from a combo box that is hard coded with values.  Pricing for the event depends on the location selected, the number of people being registered (up to 3), earlybird vs normal registration, and promotional codes as well as other variables.

In the grand total page, I don't want to hard-code the location name because these will change when the user adds events available for registration. Is there a way to pass in a variable that identifies the event?  Should I have location specific forms that load when user selects an event date at that location?  In doing so, would that be better with regard to handling location specific pricing?  How do others handle earlybird and promotional code calculations?

Hey, try using Eventbrite.  It's fully customizable including earlybird and promotional codes, and you can just add a widget on your page with HTML.  Try it out, let me know what you think.
