Sanju,

So you have set up your website on your local computer with the workind database.

You need to do the following steps.........

1.Copy the entire content inside your dotnetnuke folder in wwwroot and paste it under "httpdoc" root folder in the remote host through ftp access.

2.open sql studio manager, right click your database ,take backup.

3.In hosting control panel, goto "database" control, create a new database with different name and differnet user.open the newly created database and update it with our back up database file created in our local computer. Now change the user name again with differerent name to work with.so now hosting database will become the same as in your local computer.

For more information ,try to find tutorilas regarding remote hosting for dnn.

Tip for google search:

In the search box, write the following to search

site:dotnetnuke.com tutorials remote hosting database backup ftp plesk .......

Regards

Riaz
