1) I'm not sure why you have /main/ in all of your website URL's?

2) Check on your ftp site/website installation that sitemap.aspx actually exists.

I am experiencing the same problem right now. Browsing to http://cnc.dotnetdudes.com/SiteMap.aspx brings up the home page. It is DNN 05.06.01 and the sitemap.aspx is definitely there. I have not done anything out of the ordinary, just a normal install of 05.05.01 and then upgrade. I had the same problem in 05.05.01
