only i want the user to fill all the required filled from the first visit

if u see the registration form u can see that u can fill:

username, first name, last name, display name, email address, password, confirn password

the customer want me to add also address & phone number at the same form

go to admin > user accounts, then click  "User Account Settings", and select  "Require valid profile after registration", and save settings. Now, all your profile fields will be visible during registration, and required fields must be entered upon registration

Hmmm what is I don't want ALL to be shown right there and then but more than just basic ? aditional to what's in basic I need room number, house number and street to be filled right away , I don't want my reg. page to be so looong and boring showing all unrequired fields too ....

Julia, if you want more granular control about registration and profile form, have a look at 3rd party components, e.g. from datasprings.com.
