Hi,

I am hoping that you may provide some insight into configuring Window Live Writer for posting blogs.

I have setup my blog on my site and in Blog Settings have the url needed for remote posting.

Within Window Live Writer while setting up the blog there are several options for the type of blog I am posting to and I am assuming I have chosen the incorrect type as each time I try to post it causes my website to stop responding.

The types listed are as follows:

WordPress.com, Blogger, Atom PublishingProtocol, TypePad, LiveJournal, Movable Type, WordPress, WordPress 2.2+, Community Server, dasBlog, Radio Userland, Metaweblog API, Moveable Type API.

As I didn't know which one to choose I selected Metaweblog API (just guessing) and as I mentioned it continuously cause the website to stop responding.

If you could enlighten me I would appreciate it.
