Tony, you are right... version 4.0.2 is missing the PageTitle skin object!  Please accept my apologies.
I did some research, and see now that all you have to do is add this to the ascx file:

<%= PortalSettings.ActiveTab.Title %>

Well that kind of worked... What I did was typing  <%= PortalSettings.ActiveTab.Title %> into the pane where I want the title. I've come across two issues though, perhaps caused by where I placed the code. First I'm using the Inventua side menu, with three menu levels at some points, if I'm on a page with three levels it seems to break the menu css, pages with only 1 or 2 levels are fine. Any idea why three has a problem? The second is in admin mode when I try to view the page I get this. (EDIT: Nevermind the first issue... somehow I removed the AppendLevelToClass=True from the menu)
