Hello

I recently setup dnn5 and managed to get everything working.  The only problem was that the announcement and faq modules were not installed.  I can't remember exactly how i did it in DNN4 but i remember selecting  those modules from a list and just clicking install.  I can't seem to find this anywhere now in 5?  At first i thought it was something to do with my skin so i changed it back to minimal entropy but no luck.  There is nothing in Module Definitions that seems to give me this option.

Simon

in DNN 5 it is in the extensions menu item in Host menu. Follow the link at the bottom of the page.

I have DNN 05.01.00 (773) that was installed by my web hosting company. When I log on as Host, then go to the Host, and then the Extensions menu, the "Batch Install Extensions" is not on the page, as you have described. I can't find this option anywhere. Has something changed in this most recent release, or is there something wrong with my installation? Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Brad

Hi Brad,

It could be the container your using does not support container actions. If you use the module action menu (usually next to title) does it show up here?
