The 'Mark Threads Read' is available to me on all my installs (so long as I am logged in and in threads view - not aggregated or search results either). There is nothing to configure for this (and it cannot be hidden) and there are no known bugs with it displaying.

After playing around for a bit I’ve figured it out. ‘Enable Notifications’ must be enabled for the option to be displayed. It shouldn’t be, but it is.

I managed to get the link diplayed on my forum only to discover that the link does not do what it says. It marks all threads as Unread. What a bummer. Now I know why it was disabled in the first place.

Thanks anyway, maybe this will be helpful for someone else one day.
