I am trying to make a basic horizontal menu with "buttons" I have the button broken into 3 parts (left, right and bg). I can't for the life of me figure out how to make this menu. I am new to skinning.

ps. The menu will look similar to the menu on this site.

thanks in advance

Glenn

I prefer to use other alternative menu such as DNNPages Menu, it is built in UL tag list and less code, so it will be easy to do skinning for the menu
Visit our site at www.dnnpages.com and try to install the menu on your staging site.

The sample of documentation and .css is given when you install the module. You can see the real sample of menu in our current site as our navigation is using that menu.

Hope this help

Please note solpart is now depreciated in favour of DNNNavMenu 2.

And how would one perform the task using DNNNavMenu2(and is that DNNMenuNavigationProvider)?
