 What is the key control to change the Register data columns to be different than the orginal setting.
In User Accounts,  Manage Profile Properties Telephone is Checked for Required  User SettingsUser Settings  Show Address Column: & Show Telephone Column: are checked YET in  User Accounts they do NOT display and NOT there in Register with the URL if you need to see the actual page http://www.myemarketplaces.com/Home/tabid/37/ctl/Register/Default.aspx?returnurl=/Home/tabid/37/Default.aspx

In searching I could not find any threads related to this problem.

The one that you tick is actually part of the profile fields, not the main fields in a user table. So it will not show up.

It will only display them when you edit your own profile, for ex: If you have login on the site, click your user account link, there will be a link call manage profiles, all fields you have configured will be displayed in here.

You may considered to purchased other module such as dynamic registration, where you have the ability to link the profiles in the registration form.
