I would like to limit the number of events shown in the calendar list to 5 at a time - once an event is over it should removed from the list and the "sixth" event should appear so that the "5 events at a time" is maintained.

I am a VB and DNN newbie so any help from anyone out there would be REALLY appreciated! Thanks.

By default there is no "setting" in the DNN UI for this  .... yet.  This sub-project will become a MASSIVE renovation of the Events module that will include MANY new enhancements.

If you want to alter the code you could modify the display to limit the max records in the vist view to 5.  If this is a requirement and you don't mind making code changes and recompiling, I can try to post some possible solutions for you.

Also, I'm wondering if there is a way to make a recurring event that changes every week, such as a slightly different time or a rotating speaker or location? thanks!
