Hello
In the DNN page , it's mentioned that I have to config my NTFS permission for DotNetNuke.
But I don't have "NETWORK SERVICE" in Sercuty and Sharing.
Is it important? What shoud I do?
In the Wizard Installing everything seems to work when i do the Tests, but the installing database script is taking too much time to get done.
Is it normal?

Thank you

Yes, it is important.  Exactly what is important is that the ASP.NET worker process account has to have full permissions to the ENTIRE installation directory.  This is what you can test as part of the first step in the installation wizard.  If your site passes the permissions test, then the security permissions part is set up ok.

The name of the default worker process varies from system to system.  It is ASPNET in Windows 2000 and it is NETWORK SERVICE in Windows 2003.

Again, check the permissions test.

If your installation passes the test, and it also passes the detabase connection test, then I'd look elsewhere for a reason that the database installation scripts are running too long.  I believe that you need to have AJAX installed for this to work.
