I'm running version 4.09 and want to remove the "Remember Me" checkbox on the login page.  I searched and found a reference to setting "visible = false" in the signin.ascx page.  However, there is no signin.ascx in ver 4.09 as far as I can tell.

Can someone tell me where the User Log In page is coming from if there is no signin.ascx page?  I even searched through all the files for the text  "Remember Me" and found nothing.  The reason I want to disable the checkbox is because it's not working.  If I check it and then Login it takes me to the home page without logging in.  If I don't check it and Login, everything works fine.  What the heck?

it's the chkCookie checkbox in

Website\admin\Authentication\Login.ascx

that needs the attribute. As to why it's not working I'd guess you're running some sort of internet security product such as norton internet security, that blocks persistent cookies.
