Using DNN's standard "Register User" application, I have created a "User Registration" form on our website. The problem appear in (I think) 3 different modules when the visitor clicks on "Register". How do I get under the hood of this "Registration"???

Here are the 3 forms"

1) display name, user name, first name, last name - WE DON'T WANT THIS - how do we get rid of it?

2)  first, last, company, email, phone, etc - WE WANT THIS (created for our needs) - the problem is that shows up twice on the form. Somewhere, somehow I must have created a duplicate.

3) the duplicate of #2, obviously unneccesarry and NEEDS TO BE GONE

Can anyone help? We don't need extraordinary customization yet., just the standard visitor registration.

I should note that to lure people in to register, we will be making a few key downloads on the site for "Registered Users" only.
