Hi James,

if you want to enable/disable buttons you need to recompile. My suggestion was this workaround: find a button already enabled that you don't need, and overwrite its data (in the js file) with the one you desire and or not currently enabled. This workaround just needs notepad editing.

Best regards,
Dario Rossa

Thanks Dario.

It looks like i'm going to have to recompile then as there aren't any sharebadges/chicklets enabled.

The blogs module came as part of the DNN v5 download and it looks like social bookmarks are disabled by default. Therefore i can't just edit the chicklets.js file because none of them are displaying.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Dario,

Thanks for your help on this, I have just found that I was running version 3.5.0 of the blog module, I dont know if this version has a bug with the social bookmarking. But I could not get them to work. I have now upgraded to the 3.5.1 version and found the option for enabling them so hopefully will be ok from here, so again thank you very much,

James
