I'm planning on moving up to this version and want to make sure it's ok to make this jump and not go step by step.  Any there any reasons to take it one step at a time?  Any major pitfalls I should know about in doing the upgrade?

Thanks

I'm in the process of going through this process (migrating an environment with 100+ portals from DNN 3.1.1 to DNN 3.2.2).

The only issue I've found so far is that some of our custom modules manifest the "MinMax requires cookie" problem that has been discussed elsewhere.  Once we have this resolved, we'll be making the switch-over.

For now, I've only done this on a "dress rehearsal" basis, but things looked pretty good.
