How access DNN side portal from host comp. to other comp. in intranet ?

  i more try by  alieses www.something.com but  it not access me in other computer so please tell me

make sure there are no firewall issues, etc

Respected sir ,

  i want to access DNN project portal from host computer in inranet  of other computer  so please tell me detail  How it possible ?

but till not any one tell me detail. i done all step of hosting now i try to access portal for that i write of

header of browser 'http://DomainName/dotnetnuke but it failure .it show error " No web site is configured at this address"

i wait u r answer i try from 5 days.

make sure the url you want to access your site on is added to the portal alias list of the portal (logon as host, then go to admin > site settings, and scroll to the bottom of the page to edit portal aliases)

also of course make sure that the domain name is correctly handled by IIS, you might need to add it to the host headers of the website you are using to run DNN on

thank for replay ,

 sir i done all procedure but now when i try to  access portal by typing  http:192.123.0.12/dotnetnuke2  but it show error

"IIS can not  access  meatabse information" so please tell me sir i take more day's for it .
