I'm going to be using DNN 5.0.1 for an Intranet for my company. We would like to have a Development, Staging, and Production installations for development and testing purposes. How can I set something up for these three instances that will have the most up-to-date information from the Production instance duplicated to the rest of them. At the minimum have two installations (Staging and Production) that are constantly updated and backed up acting as a failover for eachother. So those two are always up to date, then if we need to do development we copy the production instance and create a Development instance. It all makes sense in theory but I've briefly tried it and it doesn't seem that I can copy a complete instance including the database and just paste it somewhere and run it.

So how can I go about a way of having a failover/staging instance behind a production instance and a development instance behind it all? Does anyone know?
