Some rookie "hacker" who calls himself Lex (lexissopro@gmail.com) used cross-site scripting to redirect guestbook visitors to a black page with a large skull and the words "HACKED BY LEX" in large writing. I had to remove it via the feedback table in the database since it instantly redirects to his site. How do I prevent it?

Is there something that prevents code from being executed in Feedback comments??

Thanks,

Robert

Any ideas? Can javascript be disabled in user fields? It appears he used 0); to execute the code.

Robert:

I had the same problem, you can read about it in this thread.  Pay particular attention to my two long entries.

Basically, you need to upgrade to 4.9.3.
