I've changed the membership configuration in web.config to use hashed passwords rather than encrypted passwords - however the "password reminder" function doesn't do very much as the password is blank. Normally when using hashed passwords one allows a new, random password to be issued. Is there currently any way to do that in DNN?

Thanks,

At present no. As we can't decrypt a hash, we don't send anything. For the next release, some changes were checked in for a new "send password" control and generating random passwords, but I haven't had a chance to check if they are tied into hashed password retrieval yet (though I believe they are).
