Im not sure exactly how to use the vsi file.... When i google .vsi it says i need the Microsoft Visual Studio Content Installer but i cant find it... It asks me what i want to open the file with but i dunno...

 

Im on vista 64bit

 please note, that "Starter Kit" is for developers only. If you want to run your own portal, download Install package and follow installation instructions.

I downloaded the install package but im not sure exactly how to install it... I have SQL 2008 on my comp but on the instructions to install I cant find where to make a database
