Ok, I see ...still it is a very good job. ..... I would like to know as you are running the site on your own servers ..... have you invested in the full MS SQL2005 or are you able to run the site that fast and responsive in MS SQL Desktop edition?

We have two Dell 1U servers, dual quad core, and 8 GB ram. The OS is Windows 2008 64bit, and we are using Windows SQL 2008 64bit Standard.
 
You might be able to get away with the Express version of SQL, but I never investigated using it.
