hi evrery one
I creat a portal on localhost
it has 30 pages and many module
I want to upload this on server,
is this possible? or i have to creat my portal on the server again?

please read the pinned post in "Install it!" forum, how to transfer a DotNetNuke installation.

Another option would be to create a portal template based on your site (in Host :: Portals) and recreate site on the server based on it, but this will require a number of adjustments, and some modules you use might not support the necessary interface to transfer the content.
