05.00.01

Presently I have a form and list module to track our training. Once a class is completed the user pulls up the website and enters the data. Their supervisor can then pull the list and show that their employees are current.

The problem I am having is everyone can see each others entries. Presently I have the option "Users are only allowed to manipulate their own items" checked, but it still displays all records. I tried using "  [Created By_UDT_Original] = '[User:UserName]' " for a filter, which I found in the forums and I keep getting a syntax error.  I also tried using the xml script "ownitems"  and with that in use, no records are displayed for users. Although I am using Display Name for entries rather then username and had no success trying to change "ownitems" to use display name instead.

The help feature next to the filter says to use SQL syntax but I don't know the table I'm selecting from?

Basically I'm looking for a quick and easy way to block users from seeing someone else's records. Doesn't have to be secure, just blocks the view. If the filter will accept SQL just knowing what to ask for will suffice.

I am not quite sure, but would you mind to try [Created By_UDT_Original] = '[User:UserID], please. more details shall be found in UDT 3.5.1 manual, while form and List manual is still under construction.
