Folks

I'm in some trouble with the site log... I've enabled 999 days of history, and when I go to Admin | Site Log, it tells me that quite happily: "Your Hosting Provider Has Limited Your Portal To 999 Days Of Site Log History."

But click "Display" for any report for any timeframe and after a brief whir, I merely get the Site Log screen again. What's happening? What can I do?

Do you have the relevant tasks enabled in the scheduler? .... maybe wait a few days for results? :).

Hi Alex

As far as I'm aware, everything is as default. I've got a screenshot of the scheduler screen here:

Does this help any?

Hmmmm.....I'd double-check your sitelog table to see whether you've got any data in there.  If data is there then verify that there is data for your portal.  If data for your portal then it's a reporting issue.  If no data at all then it's a logging issue (possibly a scheduler issue as Alex suggested).

Go to HOST -> SQL and try the following query:

select top 50 * from sitelog

-mamlin

Looks like you might be using an old DNN version as well? Please upgrade to 4.9.3.
