I'm  using DNN 5.0.1

Hi, I think I have a fault here, I would appreciate if someone else could test and see if they have the same problem.

My portal includes some recently deleted user accounts.

If I go to Admin - User accounts  and search for the deleted user accounts I can not find them, so I know they are deleted.  I have also checked the database and IsDeleted is set to 1.

However, if I go to Admin - User accounts, then click Unauthorized, the deleted user accounts are displayed.  They obviously shouldn't be.

Please advise if this is a general fault with 5.0.1 or just a fault with my set up.

thanks,

Matt

I have just recreated this error on a fresh DNN installation so I'm pretty sure this is a bug.  Here is how I recrected it.

Add new user (not authorized)
Delete user
Click unauthorized (at top right of Admin > User Accounts page)
The 'deleted' user is still listed

To a site administrator this obviously seems wrong, that a deleted user is still being listed.

Greeting fellow subject of the Queen...

Almost certainly a 5.0.1 issue, there are a couple of soft delete issues logged in Gemini... I haven't heard of this one.

Please it is important you log this in support.dotnetnuke.com so it gets fixed for the next version.

It's also empowering to follow outstanding issues in Gemini, esp if you are on the 5.x path:

Many thanks

Having said all that I can't reproduce the issue! I deleted an account in admin/users and it does not show up as unauthorized.

I have raised this in Gemini:

If anyone has a workaround or fix, please let me know!
