I'm a DotNetNuke newbie... trying to wrap my head around this stuff.  I recently upgraded a site from 4.07 to 4.09, and after the upgrade my pages were quite visibly different.  It appears the upgrade changed some of the basic output of my pages.  The main thing that jumped out at me was this:

Pre-update, my ASP.NET form looked like this:

<center><form id="form" enctype="multipart/form-data" style="">

Post update:

<form id="form" style="height: 100%;" autocomplete="off">

Where did the "<center>" tag go?  Why am I getting style attributes I didn't set?  Most importantly... how do I change these?

There is no center tag before the form teag in DNN 4.7 AFAIK, I guess it has been added manually by someone.

(and it gets overwritten by the upgrade)

This is from default.aspx in a new install package:

<body id="Body" runat="server" >
    <noscript></noscript>
    <dnn:form id="form" runat="server" ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data" style="height: 100%;">
