Not sure of what your thinking on how to fix it for the next release but instead of putting the inline styles in just have the js change the classes around dynamically and have those classes set in the portal.css or a separate .css file altogether. That would be the easiest solution I can think of.

Was this ever fixed? If so, what version?

 

I'm running DNN 5.1.3 (can't upgrade to 5.3.x without borking) and I'm still getting the inline padding & margin styles.
