I am having some issue defining permissions on the Text/Html module. I created a Text/HTML module on a page using the Super User. I set Edit permission to a new role that I created (Editor Role). When I am a Super User, I am able to upload an Image (Browse field is showing up) and when I am an Editor user, the field allowing me to upload is not showing up.

What should I do to make sure the Editor role as the permission to upload images to the Text/HTML module.

in order to show the upload option, you have to grant users "write" permissions for the folder in Admin :: File manager. Select the appropriate folder and grant permissions in the grid at the bottom of the page.
