Hi

How Can I make the site work but without the code in other words i want to give the ftp of the site to client but i donot want him see the code and the files can see only the aspx files or no files how can i do that?

 grant ftp access to /portals subfolder only.

Thank U Very much for your replay

but my mean was that i want the site be like dlls ot the .aspx.cs files not appear when it trasfer to anather server i tried that http://labs.episerver.com/en/Blogs/Ted-Nyberg/Dates/112276/9/Precompile-your-website-to-avoid-publishing-source-code-or-markup/

but it work for the normal sites and donot work for dotnetnuke sites what i made that i wrote in the cmd command

 c:
> cd C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727

> aspnet_compiler -p C:\MyWebsite -v / C:\MyPrecompiledWebsite

it actually deleted all .aspx.cs files and when any one open the files woith extension .aspx no code appear But when run give me this error

dotnetnuke version 4.9.1 error or Object reference not set to an instance of an object error

any suggestions pleaseeeeeeeeeee?

sorry, precompile DNN sites is currently not supported.

You can not pre-compile DNN as mentioned by Sebastian, but really that shouldn't be a big concern to you, as they can get the source code easy enough by just going to CodePlex.

What you can do though is with any of your custom development use the WAP development model (Web Application Projects), the your installation packages for the modules will NOT contain the source code!
