hi,

I just setup the blog on my 4.0.2 portal. All working good and ok.

So I created another user and gave him administrator rights. I made a post under his login. then I could see the post. So I tried to edit this post. After I hit 'update' the post dissapears. I tried for several times and still having this same problem.

Any one have any hint about why this could be happening?

ok. I saw the issue here, is not that it dissapear. The problem is that my last post does not displays in the latest posts control I have. But if I go to the calendar I can see it.

Can anyone help me here with anything that I might be missing out?

I have seen this "problem" also.  What I have found for my posts is that it seems to be related to time settings.

If I do a post, edit it and then do an Update.  The time on the post gets mixed up some how and is future dated so my post eventually shows up two hours later.

The time zone settings in general really are confusing to me.
