Hi,

I have a need to add multiple users with a auto generated password.

Some time in te future when the website is ready to go live, all users will then be authorized. at that point they will get an email with details including their auto generated password.

Ive worked out how to do this provided the user is authorized at the same time as being added but i need toget it working whe the user is authorized at a later date.

Im using 4.09.01

dont quite understand what you mean by using a third party tool

Similar kind of problem with me, when any new user creates account, it is not sending password/authorisation mail to users and even in retrieve password, it is not sending mail. I'm using DNN 4.09.00. Retrieve Password also gives following error : Password could not be sent at this moment. Please try again later or contact the site administrator.

Please somebody can help me to fix this problem, as it was working fine but i don't know where something changed and not working now. In testing mail (Host-Host Setting-SMTP server setting) it works fine !!!
