  I purchased both of these domain in godaddy and will be expired in 2010 (6/10/2010 and 9/28/2010)
- All site files and source codes of projects
  They are: google map, db exporter, social bookmarking, shoutbox, search input, google analytics, contact form, sitemap, and skin menu modules.
  In additional a simple webkeepalive (windows project) will be included.
- Snowcover account
 Once you have purchased all the details of domains and snowcovered will be transfered and changed under your name.
- We are currently host our site under PowerDNN (we pay monthly => NO CONTRACT), which means you can stay with them or go with your own webhosting.
  Currently we pay $20/month. 

Our google keywords "Dotnetnuke modules"  is in 9th rank in google and "free dotnetnuke modules" is in 3rd google (checked on 24th april)

Our site is just started about 5-6 months ago, I used to host with webhost4life and switch to PowerDNN (with the new database)
So total users for the new DB is less than 200 users (old one is about 400 users, we do not do any migration, average visitors that register is about 3-10 users/day).

Note: I disable the google analytic  if I visit the site, as we install our own google analytics to disable tracking based on IP address, so the analytics are purely visited by others.
