hi,

did you see the "readme" at http://ealo.codeplex.com/releases/vie... ?

Right now we are working on a radmenu based ealo menu; let's call it beta ;)

Yes, however it does not seem to work... Instead of menu, I am getting the tab titles in a paragraph without spaces... No css, no styles, no images... Unfortunately, after lots of searching, I found out that my skin uses it own menu, so I have to do something in order to apply my skins' css to NAVMENU.... Any guide to do that?

The readme file from Ealo on how to localize your page name is quite clear from my opinion. Please have a closer look and see if it helps.
Otherwise, I'll be able to assist with something.
