How do you remove the DNN logo from the address line found in the browsers when others access your website?

Delete any favicon.ico file from your website directory and also the Portals/_default directory.

If you put a proper favicon.ico file in your Portals/N directory (N is the PortalID), then that will be used when people browse to your site.

Joseph, I found 1 favicon.ico file in the root directory and deleted it, but still I have the icon in the address bar. I did not find any in the Protals/_default directory.

Where now?

please be aware, that your browser caches favicons.
