I tried to debug - but none of my breakpoints is being executed. So could it be that the page_load() is not being executed? Why could that be? My code:

It doesn't look like the method takes individual View permissions into effect, but it doesn't show Admin tabs (which should include Host, as well).  It also has parameters for whether to show hidden or deleted tabs (the 2nd and 3rd boolean parameters).  The last boolean parameter is whether to show only tabs that the user has edit rights to.  So, the method that I showed only shows non-admin pages that the user can edit, and doesn't include hidden or deleted pages.
