I'm OK for designing it and integrating it, but I don't get how to create the second menu.

There are some pages that need a second menu. Is there a way to "add" the tab module again, and in the template, copy somehow the tag for menu?

Normally you would create 2 skins (what your used to calling a template) in dotnetnuke.

1 with one menu and one with 2 menus.

Then you apply the skin to the right pages under page settings in the control panel (as a site admin)

Actualy, it's part of the problem solved with your reply (thanks!). But now, I don't know how to "create" the second menu in the control panel. is there an easy way to do that?

No, you would create 2 skins, one with one menu and one with 2.

Then you would select the right skin for a specific page.

The default DNN menu cannot be placed from the control panel, it's a skin object, not a module.

Skin objects are "hard coded" parts of functionality in a skin, the admin cannot control them.
