I am getting an unexpected behavior with a new skin under development.  When a Module Control other than the default View control is displayed, it is not displaying in the ContentPane of the skin.  Instead it is removing the main image from the skin and displaying the control in its position.

The page http://stage1.snelling.com/Home/PressRelease/tabid/10266/language/en-US/Default.aspx shows the skin while displaying a normal View control.

The page http://stage1.snelling.com/Home/PressReleases/tabid/10266/ctl/ViewPressRelease/mid/12045/PressReleaseID/346/language/en-US/Default.aspx shows the same page while displaying another control.  Notice how the large image disappears and the Press Release is being displayed inside the upper boxed area.  It should be displayed in the lower boxed area like the list of Press Releases in the first link.

Any Ideas?

Are you sure your second link isn't using the admin default skin which might not have the image included.  I'm not familar with the Press Release module, but some articles modules open the article view inside of the admin skin.

Thank you.  That was it.  It is displaying using the Admin skin.  I should have caught that.  Do you know if there is a way to force a control to use the normal page skin instead of the admin skin?

I think someone from a project team/core will have to answer that one for you.  I just remember in Ventrian News Articles it does the same thing which I found annoying.  The developer said that feature was a DNN problem.  I have meant to ask someone about it from the DNN team, so I'm interested in any response that might be given.
