I've checked the web.config file and we do not have the "rogue setting" <xhtmlConformance mode="Legacy" /> that you mentioned.

Are there any other ideas out there?

Use firefox and check the error console to see if something is throwing an error... That'd be my next step.

Thanks for the response Baatezu.

I looked at the error console in Firefox and it looks like I get two errors when I open the page with the ajax tabs module...

a._events is undefined

&

Sys.Webforms.PageRequestManager.getInstance() is null

Any ideas as to what these errors mean?

Still having trouble getting AJAX to work properly. Any other ideas out there?
