Hi

According to DNN Forum 3.20.01 Getting Started documentation, the email templates in the drop down box are actually pulled from the DesktopModules\Forum\Resources\_forumemail.xml file. However I couldn't find this file. How or where can I find that file?

One more, when I get the notification email, the email says "You can view this thread by clicking here." But when I click here, the page does not show up. Instead error page shows up. I can see that thread thru my site. I have no idea what's wrong. Did I do something wrong?

Thanks in advance for the help.

John

I can't think of any reason this wouldn't install. If it is not there then something I haven't heard of going wrong did. The only reason this would happen would have to do with the module not installing correctly which would have shown some error, unless using Install directory, which could explain other problems that may occur.

The email question I addressed in its seperate thread.

I checked the hyperlink properties. The one from DNN site(www.dotnetnuke.com) is as follows;

BLOCKED::http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/ForumsDotNetNuke/tabid/795/mid/2108/forumid/108/threadid/30857/scope/posts/Default.aspx

However, the one from my site is as follows, which is different from DotNetNuke site.

BLOCKED::http:///DNN/forum/tabid/128/ctl/PostModerate/mid/545/forumid/11/Default.aspx

I think this difference is why the thread have not show up when I click "here".

Can anybody let me know what I have to do to correct this?

Thanks in advance.

John
