Hi again,

Following your instruction to start with a new database, I tried. I opened MS SQL server, and tried to rename the DotNetNuke database in the default listing. I closed it, then renamed it to DotNetNukeOLD, but now SQL server will not open, saying it cannot open the default database. So now I'm stuffed becasue I can't even open sql. Duh, am I really this stupid not to be able to do this and should I just give up and pay someone a fortune to build my site, or do I persevere?

Your thoughts would really help,

Thanks

Steve

Me again.

OK, I have repaired MSSQL server to at least open. I try to log onto localhost/dotnetnuke and am greeted by this message everytime. I have cleared my cache but I fear in the setup process, when DNN asked me which portals I wanted to load, there were no options available. Here is ths message -

What should I do now?

Thanks, steve
