I really like the Blog Module, but there is only one thing I would change and it is the fact that the URL of my blog is too long!!! If you ask me my blog URL, I would like to give you something like this:

http://www.msguayaquil.com/Blogs/jcasal

But, instead of that, I have to give you this:

http://www.msguayaquil.com/Blogs/tabid/69/BlogID/1/Default.aspx

And that is an awful URL! Is there anyway I can change this?

Nope,  That's just pretty much how DNN is designed to work.

You could put your blog as the home page that way if you gave someone your blog address you could just tell them the domain name.

1. you do not have to specify the path between portal root and /tabid

2. you can have short URLs by either rewriting URL (look for HRefExchanger at www.inventua.com e.g.) or by creating an appropriate subfolder and place a default.htm, that redirects to default.aspx with the necessary parameters.
