Is it possible to export all of the content on my site into, say, a word document? I want to have it translated and I need to provide the translator with all of the content in a format other than the site itself. Thanks in advance!

Not that I know of without a third party module ( I don't know any)....

Either export the portal as you do in Host/portals and see if you can import/manipulate the XML file into Excel or something (then manipulate it.. might / might not work) or use good old copy and paste I would suggest.

Is this a public site or do you have private areas / pages / content?

If it is all public, you can use the 30-day trial of Adobe PDF to convert an entire site to a PDF.  You can convert the PDF to a Word doc (if you really need it as a Word doc).  See info here:  http://www.ghacks.net/2008/04/12/convert-a-full-website-into-pdf/

Alternately, you can provide an easy means for your translator to convert one page at a time to PDF with a single button click.  I've blogged about one way of providing this on DNN sites here:  http://www.eguanasolutions.com/DNN_Blog/EntryID/27.aspx
