Thank you very much Brandon !

It is a very nice menu .. can't wait for the full release.

One more thing that I noticed. The pages to use the template with need an _ infront of the page name. For example: _Home or _News

In the breadcrumbs and the title of your browser is the _ visible (that is too bad.)

Just a small thing.

Again thank you for the quick solution.

Sorry, replied to quick. The problem with the _ is gone.

What I can't is make a new ascx file and use that one. Or get the same result in the second screenshot of yours (the Wide css)

I'll wait untill the full release.

Again, thanks for the nice menu.

Hi Ely,

Early versions identified templated menus with a token in the name (by default an asterisk, as I recall).  Later versions moved to including templating solely through meta specification.  The current alpha version should not require any tokenization of the page name.  If this is not the case, open a work item on the CodePlex work item tracker and I will investigate further.  I actually opted out of the tab-name tokens for exactly the reason you described -- there is no way to deal with the resultant breadcrumbs.

I'm otherwise glad that someone has found it useful; I am feature complete and expect a full release sometime in late May.

Brandon

Brandon, looks promising, i have 2 questions before i try this though:

1. Are you aware of the IE7/safari (on iphone) problem with the default minimalextropy skin? The menu does not show at all, has that been fixed with your menu?

2. I'm using Apollo localizing module, will I be able to set it up to work with your menu?

Thanks,
Viktor

Looks nice. Keep those great innovative ideas flowing Brandon...

We will look at the code and prepare to implement support for your menu in our localization extensions as soon as it is officially released. This will complement our list of supported menus: dnnmenu, solpart menu, house of nuke, snapsis navmenu, telerik radmenu, markitmodules xmenu.

Etienne
