Greetings!

I am trying to figure out how to allow the public (typical registered member) to view the user pages.

E.g. Search the user database to bring up a users profile/contact information.  The portal is private and on an internal network so privacy is not a concern.  or is there a module that allows this? Effority is not much of an option as the functionality of it is not very appealing, I have been doing tests.

Thanks in advance!

Any help here guys?

I really need some sort of directory feature.  If there is a way to make the admin directory feature (User Accounts) public it would be perfect if not, what module can I use to get this type of functionality?

Try the free User Directory module from Effority.

Unfortuntely, as I said in my initial post, the effority module was insufficient and lacks much functionality for our uses.

Thanks for the response!

Take a look at the Reports module. Joe Brinkman posted a blog where he uses it as a User directory.
